How to apply

Simple enough that patients actually do it.

  • 1. Prep your lips

    Wash your face. Make sure lips are clean and completely dry before applying.

  • 2. Tape your lips

    Press lips together. Peel backing, center the vent between lips, smooth into place.

  • 3. Sleep through the night

    Breathe through your nose. Peel off gently in the morning. Repeat nightly.

  • Less dry mouth from night one. Snoring improves within 3–5 nights. After two weeks, most patients say they can't sleep without it.
