Shipping & Returns Policy — Wholesale / B2B

This policy governs all wholesale and B2B orders placed through SomniFix Pros (pros.somnifix.com). It applies in addition to the SomniFix Wholesale Terms & Conditions and supersedes the consumer-facing shipping and returns policy at somnifix.com for B2B transactions.


1. Order processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays).
  • Cutoff for same-day processing is 12:00 PM ET; orders placed after the cutoff are processed the next business day.
  • You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

2. Domestic shipping (United States)

All US orders ship from our Sterling, Virginia warehouse via UPS or FedEx. Service and rate are selected at checkout.

3. International shipping

All international orders ship via DHL Express Worldwide with calculated rates at checkout, plus a per-zone handling fee:

Transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Remote-area surcharges may apply and will be reflected in the calculated rate.

Duties, taxes, and customs

International orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All applicable import duties and taxes are prepaid at checkout, so your shipment will not be held at customs for additional payment on delivery. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay.

You are responsible for ensuring that SomniFix products are permitted for import and resale in your destination country and for complying with all local labeling, registration, and regulatory requirements.

4. Title, risk of loss, and damage claims

  • Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon transfer of the goods to the carrier (FOB Origin — Sterling, Virginia).
  • Inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt. If a package shows visible damage at delivery, refuse the shipment or note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing.
  • Damage, loss, and lost-in-transit claims must be filed by the buyer directly with the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or DHL). SomniFix is not the claimant once the carrier has taken possession.
  • We will provide commercial invoices, shipment documentation, and weight/dimension records to support your claim on request.

5. Restricted destinations

We do not currently ship to: countries subject to US OFAC sanctions, PO boxes (international), or APO/FPO/DPO addresses for B2B orders. Contact wholesale@somnifix.com if you have a non-standard shipping requirement.
