Returns and refunds

This policy governs all wholesale and B2B orders placed through SomniFix Pros (pros.somnifix.com). It applies in addition to the SomniFix Wholesale Terms & Conditions and supersedes the consumer-facing shipping and returns policy at somnifix.com for B2B transactions.

All B2B sales are final. SomniFix does not accept returns for change of mind, overstock, end-of-season, slow movers, or any other reason of convenience.

Defective or incorrect product

In the rare event that a product arrives defective or you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact wholesale support at wholesale@somnifix.com within 7 business days of delivery with:

  1. Order number and invoice
  2. Photos of the affected product and the outer packaging
  3. Lot or batch code where visible

Verified defective or incorrect items are eligible for replacement only (no refunds, no credits). SomniFix will arrange a return label for defective product if return is requested for quality investigation. Replacement is the buyer's sole and exclusive remedy.

What is not eligible

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed product (except verified defects)
  • Product damaged in transit (file with carrier per Section 4)
  • Product purchased more than 7 business days prior to claim
  • Product affected by improper storage, mishandling, or unauthorized resale conditions

Statutory rights (EU / UK buyers)

The 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU does not apply to B2B transactions between businesses. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under your local commercial sale-of-goods laws (e.g., for defective product), and those rights remain available regardless of the terms above.

Order changes and cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled or modified only before shipment. Email wholesale@somnifix.com immediately if changes are needed.
  • Once an order has been handed to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled or rerouted.
  • Refused shipments, return-to-sender, and address-correction fees from the carrier will be billed to the buyer.
